How does everything work?
First, we schedule a complimentary in-home estimate for you to meet with one of our trained and knowledgeable Design Consultants at any location in the Atlanta area. During the estimate, you will get the opportunity to view all of our colors, as well as become educated on the products and services that we offer.

Once you have made your decision, and would like to proceed with you new flooring, you will receive delivery and installation dates for your new flooring.

Our delivery drivers will deliver the product to your West Palm Beach home approximately 48 hours prior to your installation at a scheduled time. This allows the product to properly acclimate to your home. Without this timeframe, you void your warranty! Be weary of companies that can guarantee installation "next-day" installations or that do not acclimate their products!

After the products have been allowed to acclimate, our certified installers will arrive on-site and begin work. Our installers work exclusively for Laminate US, and are all industry certified to guarantee the highest quality possible.
